My History

SparxPhotography was born from a spark—one that lit up when I casually took photos of my friends at work using just their phones. They kept telling me, “You’ve got an eye for this.” I didn’t think much of it—until I attended a wedding as a guest and brought along my brother’s camera, just to play around. What happened that day changed everything. The photos I captured, without even trying to compete, left people talking. Some even said they were better than the official photographer’s. That moment ignited something deeper in me—a calling I couldn’t ignore. From then on, I spent my weekends (and even some weekday evenings) wandering through botanical gardens, camera in hand, offering strangers free portraits. I wasn’t chasing clients; I was chasing moments—raw, real, and human. Many of those strangers would later reach out to hire me for their milestones. And just like that, what started as curiosity turned into a business rooted in connection, authenticity, and storytelling. SparxPhotography exists to tell stories of people simply being themselves—candid, emotional, beautiful. Because the best photos don’t just show what happened; they show how it felt.
